Traditional Japanese flavours meet earthy Kiwi produce. At Hayama, you can indulge in sushi made with chunky cuts of salmon straight from Mount Cook. A hearty bowl of udon topped with premium grade prawns and fresh vegetables. A mouthful of steaming donburi made with tender chicken – and so much more. Our menu has been carefully curated by Takashi, our Head Chef with 30 years of experience.
